These Terms are an agreement between you (the “User”) and the individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) Timofei Voropaev (the “Owner”, “we”) governing the use of the Budget OK mobile app and the website budgetok.app (together — the “Service”).

By installing the app or using the Service you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own, for personal non-commercial purposes.
You may not: copy, modify, decompile, or disassemble the app or its parts; distribute, rent, or sell access to it; circumvent technical limitations; or use the Service to build a competing product.
Core features work without registration. Sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook is used for syncing across devices. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under it. If you suspect unauthorized access, change the password with your sign-in provider and contact support@budgetok.app.
Some features require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase (Premium). Purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play; billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the rules of the respective store and managed in your store account settings (auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period).
In certain regions Premium can also be purchased on our website; such purchases are governed by the offer published on the website for those regions. Refunds for store purchases are handled by the stores: reportaproblem.apple.com · Google Play help.
You create and manage your records yourself and are responsible for their accuracy. The Service is a personal finance tracking tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; reports and insights are informational only.
We recommend keeping backups (export or sync).
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
The app, its code, design, trademarks, texts, and graphics belong to the Owner or are used under license. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the last 12 months; we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you have under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms; the current version is always available at budgetok.app/terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time; paid periods remain active until they expire.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your jurisdiction. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation; contact us at support@budgetok.app.
